Charles “Charlie” H. Switzer is our companies name sake and currently serving as Broker and Auctioneer. Charlie is a native Kentuckian and a lifetime member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association. He holds a bachelors degree in business administration and an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force. 
Charlie is a leader in the Real Estate and Auction industry serving on the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers for 23 years and as chairman for 5 years. He is one of the founding fathers of the Cynthiana-Harrison County Board of Realtors and served as president for 2 years. Having successfully conducted hundreds of auctions and private listing transactions, he has served his clients well. 
Julia “Judy” R. Switzer is Charlie’s wife a Realtor. She is very active in the life of her family and community. Her knowledge of antiques, collectibles, fine china and furniture combined with her ability to present our clients prized possessions for auction is unsurpassed in our service area. Judy has been a licensed Realtor since 1989.
